Law Celebrate the New Year for Moeslims

New Year celebrations AD has a long history. Many of the people who celebrate the day it does not know when the first time the event was held and the background of why the day is celebrated. This event is a feast inherited from the past who once celebrated by the Romans. They (the Romans) dedicate this special day to a god named Janus, the God of Gates, Doors, and Beeginnings. Janus was a god who had two faces, one face looking forward and one looking back, as a philosophy of the future and the past, like the moments of the year. (G Capdeville "Les épithetes cultuels de Janus" de l'école française inMélanges de Rome (Antiquite), p. 399-400).

This fact concludes that the celebration of the new year did not come from the culture of the Muslims. New Year party AD, pagans celebrated the first time, that in fact the pagan Romans.
This show continues to be celebrated by the modern masyarakt today, even though they do not know the spirit of worship is pagan background of this event. They brighten this day with various games, enjoying the beauty of the sky with vibrant light fireworks, and so on.
New Year = the kaafir
Celebrate the new year the same status pagans celebrate. And these legal limits. Among the reasons for this statement is:
First, celebrate the new year with imitating their habits. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade us to imitate the bad habits, including unbelievers. He said,
"Who imitate the habits of the people he was part of the clan." (Sahih Hadith narrated by Abu Daud)
Abdullah bin Amr bin Ash said,
"Who lives in the land of infidels, to celebrate Nairuz and Mihrajan (the feast of the Zoroastrian), and imitate their habits, to death, he became the losers on the Day of Resurrection."
Second, following the feast they include forms of loyalty and show love to them. And God forbid us to make them as lovers (read: give loyalty) and show love to them. Allah says,
"O you who believe, do not take my enemy and your enemy become loyal friends you convey to them (secret), because no sympathy when in fact they have broken the truth that came to you .." (Sura . Al-Mumtahanan: 1)
Third, the feast is part of the religion and the doctrine of beliefs, not necessarily the case and the entertainment world. When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came across the city of Medina, the town is celebrating two holidays, Nairuz and Mihrajan. He once said in front of the medina,

"I come to you and you have two feasts, which you use as a time to play. And Allah has replaced two holidays for you; Idul Fitri and Eid al-Adha. "(Narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Nasa'i).
Celebrations Nairuz and Mihrajan who celebrated the medina, there was only playing around and bite to eat. There is absolutely no element of ritual as did the Zoroastrian, the original source of these two celebrations. However, given the two-day celebration is an infidel, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade it. Instead, God gives the best two holidays: Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
To that end, rejoice with the celebration of the pagans, even if just playing around, without following religious rituals, including deeds telarang, because it helped the success of their events.
Fourth, God said to tell the state 'ibadur Rahman (servant of God that option),
"And those who do not participate in the activities of az-zuur ..."
Some scholars interpret the word 'az-zuur' in the verse with the feast of the heathen. That is the other way, if there are people who also involved himself in the pagan feast day meant he was not a nice person.
