One of the greatest blessings enjoyed by the people of paradise is that they can look and see the face of Allah Azza Wajalla. Allah says in Surah al Qiamah verses 22-25
وجوه يومئذ ناضرة إلى ربها ناظرة
ووجوه يومئذ باسرة تظن أن يفعل بها فاقرة
In the Hereafter, the face (those who believe in looks) radiant, and as they can see the face of his Lord. Otherwise face (those his men, infidelity) paced moody and ugly pale thus they will face heavy punishment and retribution.
But bad luck for the person they will not be able to go to heaven and see the face of God. Those who do not will be able to see the face of Allah is:
First:
People who sell promises loyal to God with a meager price of this ephemeral monetary gain. (People swear falsely) Allah said:
إن الذين يشترون بعهد الله وأيمانهم ثمنا قليلا أولئك لا خلاق لهم في الآخرة ولا يكلمهم الله ولا ينظر إليهم يوم القيامة ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم) [آل عمران: 77
Verily, those who sell it a little by pushing the promise of God and violate their oaths, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter, and Allah will not speak to them or look at them on the Day of Resurrection, and will not cleanse them (of sin), and they shall have a grievous Penalty Penalty

عن أبي مريم الأزدي رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (من ولي من أمور المسلمين شيئا, فاحتجب دون خلتهم, وحاجتهم, وفقرهم, وفاقتهم, احتجب الله عنه يوم القيامة, دون خلته, وحاجته, وفاقته, وفقره) صحيح رواه أبو داود وصححه الألباني
Abu Maryam al Azadi R.A. reported that the Prophet once said:
"Who would take such a position or job in managing orag Islam but he failed to fulfill his responsibility of and refrain from resolving an urgent need, interest, poverty and the poverty of Muslims, Allah will prevent (stay away) from the truth than that needs solving urgency, importance, poverty and kepapaannya on that day. "

In a hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet once said
"Three people Allah will not talk talk to him on the Day of Judgment. Even God will not look (look) to it, He will not purify himself (from sin). Otherwise provided for him a painful punishment. First, those who have an abundance of water in an open space or sahara but he refused to give drink "Ibn al Sabil" by travelers (who ran out of drinks).
