Haram and Halal food


This discussion contains some of the arguments used by clerics to bolster their position since halal or haram eating certain objects especially with regard to the type Haiwan. He just called and made a brief memorandum feet since referral sources.

Al-Quran has asserted that free food is lawful by God is good all other features. Indeed, it's food and kesihatan memudaratkan religion was forbidden and included in the al-khbai'th.

Matters that are forbidden:

1) carcass.

Say: "Nor I get in the revelation revealed to me, things that are forbidden for people who want to eat it, unless the food is carrion, or blood flow or pork because it is dirty or indeed all animals slaughtered in the name of other than Allah. Whoever is in urgent situations is he does not want it and not (also) exceeds the limit, then surely your Lord is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. "(Al-An'am: 145)

Included in the category of the carcass is Haiwan:

1. were strangled or suffocated.

2. the Blaschke beaten with wooden or dihempap ​​samada with something or struck.

3. Blaschke who fell or dropped from a high place, including those dumped into the cistern and for instance.

4. Blaschke headlong by the other animals.

5. Blaschke who eat other animals, even a well-trained hunting dog.

The evidence is the word of Allah:

"Forbidden to you (take) carrion, blood, pork, (meat Haiwan) were slaughtered in the name of other than Allah, the strangled, the beaten, the fall, the headlong, and were attacked by wild animals, except that you could kill it, and ( forbidden) are slaughtered for idols. And (also forbidden) raffle fate with arrows, (raffle luck with the arrow) is wickedness. "(Al-Mai'dah: 3)

Paragraph 3 of this surah al-Maidah everywhere exclude those who had slaughtered syar'ie while he's not dead.

2) Blood flowing.

5) All the fanged beast (As-Siba ').

Ibn al-Athir said: "namely predators that eat a pounce as: lions, tigers, wolves, and for instance. Prophet Muhammad:

"Everyone who has the fangs of a predator, it is haram to eat it." (Reported by Malik, Muslim and others from the hadith Abi al-Khusyani Tha'labah).

Al-Syafi'e holds that free as-Siba 'which is forbidden by humans such as lions, tigers and wolves. By that hyenas and civet are halal.

Abu Hanifah also found that free-carnivore is as shabu 'include: elephants, hyenas and cats. Everything is haram side.

Argument in relation to al-Syafi'e hyenas:

1. they are no fangs, otherwise all is the same sharp teeth.

2. If it is accepted that free has fangs, it is not from the category as-Siba 'mentioned in the hadith. This opinion dipersetujui by Ibn al-Qayyim.

3. Hadith Jabir. He asked about the hyena: Are hyenas game? The answer: yes. He asked again: is it accepted in those sayings of the prophet Muhammad? The answer: yes. (Reported by Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi and disahihkannya and an-Nasa-i and Ibn Majah. Validated also by al-Hakim).

"Prophet Muhammad forbade (eating) all the fangs of the beast and all the hoof (claw) of the bird." (Reported by Muslim)

As for what is meant by a bird that has nails are: the sharp nails used to capture prey and injure and tear. For example: Helang, hornbills, crows and kites. Excluded thereof: pigeons and small birds; kerana it was included in al-mustatob (cases that were considered good).

7. Ass and Himar Pelihraan:


Among the things which are forbidden by the Prophet in the battle of Khaibar is ass pet. (Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim).

The word al-'Allamah Siddiq Hasan Khan: "Crowded among Arab people who have the instincts of a prosperous mengharamkannya and he saw the devil." Word of the Prophet Muhammad:

"When you hear the ass, then seek refuge in Allah from Satan; indeed he saw devils." (Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim).

The scholars agreed on the halal wild ass-and-zebra and seladang. The Prophet SAW has been awarded a wild ass and the king ate it. (Reported by al-Bukhari from the Hadith Abi Qatadah).

8. Al-Jallalah (animals that eat dirt).

Namely animals that eat dirt and something disgusting. Ibn Hazm menghadkannya only to the four-legged while Ibn Hajar stated it is common. The evidence:

i-Hadith Ibn Umar:

Prophet Muhammad forbade al-jallalah of eating and drinking milk. (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and at-Tirmidhi who mensahihkannya).

ii-Hadith Ibn Abbas:

The ban is about eating and drinking al-jallalah milk. (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa-i, Ibn Majah, al-Hakim. Mensahihkannya At-Tirmidhi). Al-Hafiz said in al-Fath: it is the most valid in this chapter.

The word al-Albani: zahir hadith of Ibn Hazm's favor because of the milk called. Even though so, the scholars extend it to more general, as mentioned by Ibn Hajar.

The word al-Baghawi: "then the law of the animals that eat dirt, let see: if he just ate it occasionally, it is not al-jallalah; precisely unclean eaten like chicken and so on". Ibn Hazm said: "Abu Musa has valid that free chicken coop (aimed at cleaning food), if found to eat dirt".

Since it is the scholars differing opinions:

• Ahmad, ath-Thauri and al-Syafi'iyyah found al-jallalah eating is forbidden. This is confirmed by Daqiq Ibn al-'Eid.

• partly others state law is makruh other features.

The law takes Haiwan eat halal ingredients from pork.

1. Malik and partly cleric: meat and eggs should be eaten; kerana unclean food can be purified by istihalah (like a lock).

2. Opinions sebahagian others such as ath-Thauri, and Ahmad al-Syafi'e: forbidden to eat meat, eggs and milk.

3. Another opinion: if most of the food is unclean, then he is jallalah and should not be eaten. Conversely, if most of the food is not unclean, he may be eaten.

9) Dogs and cats.

The animals are forbidden to kill:

Prophet Muhammad:

From Ibn Abbas, the Prophet Muhammad has forbidden that free instead of killing four kinds of animals: ants, bees, belatuk and parrots.

12) Animals that fish samada toxic or otherwise, hunted or found dead.

"And spend (treasure bendamu) in the way of Allah, and make not your own hands into destruction, and do good, for Allah loves those who do good." (Al-Baqarah: 195)

13) Haiwan Life 2 nature:

i-General of Allah:

"It is made lawful for you marine game and food (derived) from the sea as a delicious food for you, and for those on the way" (al-Maida: 96)

ii-General hadith about water and Haiwan carcasses in the ocean.

He (sea) holy water and kosher carcass. (Reported by Malik, al-Syafi'e and priests were four).

Both these general propositions about life / Haiwan at sea (water), and it covers the frog; kerana frogs belong to the category soidul bahr.

- The mengharamkannya: Ahmad

The evidence:

Abd Hadith. Rahman bin 'Uthman about a doctor asked the Prophet SAW on laws making frogs as ubat (to eat), then the prophet SAW banned from killing him. (Reported by al-Hakim validated. c) crocodile:

Ibn Qudama rh. in al-Mughni said that free turtles be eaten if only slaughtered. He said:
كل ما يعيش في البر من دواب البحر, لا يحل بغير ذكاة, كطير الماء, والسلحفاة, وكلب الماء, إلا ما لا دم فيه, كالسرطان, فإنه يباح بغير ذكاة.

"All the animals living on land from the sea, it is not lawful without the slaughter, as well as seabirds, turtles, seals, but he did not bleed like crabs permitted without hamstrung"

f) Snail Pig:

Snail pigs or in Arabic is called Halazun, scholars dispute about the law. Imam Malik and jurists Malikiyyah found that free barriy halazun (snails pigs) eat halal. (Al-Mudawwanah 1/542). When settled some scholars argue: He haram food. Whom Ibn Hazm in Muhalla (7/405).

In Morocco (Maghreb) Sibut adaah pork halal and made regular offerings to eat in most restaurants. It kerana most have bermazhab Maliki.

Maybe Snail pigs in the Maghreb is not the same as Snail Pigs in Malaysia but rather like snails Gondang in Malaysia is lawful by most Ulamak.
This problem is ijtihadiyyah. For those who require it, they cling to the legal origin of all food is halal so there mengharamkannya passage.
