Smoking in Moeslim

Many people do not know or do not want to know about what the law of cigarettes, so many of us fall into it and no longer ashamed to smoke cigarettes in public.
Indeed, what is the legal smoking???
Verily Allah-SWT has commanded His servants to eat a kosher meal of fortune that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala-has given to His slaves, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala-said:
يا أيها الناس كلوا مما في الأرض حلالا طيبا ولا تتبعوا خطوات الشيطان إنه لكم عدو مبين

"Hi all people, eat the lawful and good of what is on earth, and follow not the steps Satan: for it is indeed syaithon enemy to you" (Surat al-Baqara: 168)
And also Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala-said in another passage.
Meaning:

"Eat of the good foods We have given to you" (Al-dad)
So it is clear the two verses above command from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala-His servant to eat halal food too good that no kemudharatan or danger to the body or harm neighbors or a waste of money because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta 'ala forbid everything bad that can bring kemudharatan, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says, which means:
ويحل لهم الطيبات ويحرم عليهم الخبائث
"And the Apostle justifies that are good for them and forbid them all that bad". (Surat al-A'raf: 157)
Among kemudharatan in this day and age a lot of the Muslims neglectful of him, both from the youth or an adult that most of them do not know the evil-ugliness is what is found in cigarettes.
So it is not a bit of meteka who openly smoking in public without shame to know, they do not maintain the privileges of people who were around him, so they assume it is a normal thing. Though it is clear that smoking is something unlawful and also the bad things that can bring harm to her own self and for others. From Sa'eed Al-Khudriy Radliallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam bersabd
Meaning:
"It may give harm (to others) and may not be mutually inflict harm one another" (Narrated by Ibn Majah and Ad-Daruqutni etc. and hasan hadeeth)
The ugliness ugliness-Cigarette
* Smoking can kill slowly.
Know, O my brother that Allah - Subhanahu wa Ta'ala - forbids his servants to kill himself, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says, which means:
ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما
"And do not kill yourselves, Allah is Most Merciful to you" (Surat an-Nisa ': 29)
We can not deny that cigarettes can kill slowly and can result in devastating diseases such as lung cancer and so on, because there are toxins in cigarettes (nicotine) that can kill anyone who suck.
From Abu Hurairah Radliallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
Meaning:
"Those who inhale toxic to death, he would inhale the poison forever in hell jahannam" (Narrated by al-Bukhary and Muslim)
* Smoking is not able to eliminate hunger and thirst
Allah - Subhanahu wa Ta'ala - said about the foods of the Fire, which means:
ليس لهم طعام إلا من ضريع {Ý}
لا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع {Þ}
"They do not get food aside from thorn trees. Its not fatten nor eliminate hunger "(Surat al-Ghasyiyah :6-7)
And cigarettes are not fattening and can not eliminate hunger as foods of the Fire.
* Wasted treasures
Intelligent person he knew how he lived and bermuamalah. Rizki that God has given you surely will not be wasted on something unlawful is useless, a waste of an act of Satan and Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:
إن المبذرين كانوا إخوان الشياطين
"Indeed it is a waste-waste brothers devil, and Satan is very reneges on his Lord" (Surat al-Isra ': 27)
Prophet - Shallallhu 'alaihi wa sallam - said:
Meaning:
"Verily, Allah hates you 3 (three) cases, and he said: the act of a waste of money and many ask" (Narrated by Al-Bukhari)
Smoking is the act of extravagance and waste of money that hated by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala
* Cigarette there is a foul smell that can hurt (annoying) neighbors (surrounding)
We know that onions and garlic are foods permissible but both have a bad odor. With the unpleasant smell because the Prophet - sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam - banning people who eat onions and garlic to enter the mosque until the smell disappeared.
From Jabir ibn Abdillah Radliallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
Meaning:
"Those who eat garlic and onions, let him keep away from our mosque" (Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
If the people who eat onions and garlic are prohibited by the Prophet - sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam - to enter the mosque, then how about something unlawful with a very foul odor and can hurt (annoying) people around him???
* Smoking is not granted, the causes of prayer
From Abu Hurairah Radliallahu 'anhu said: The Messenger Sallallahu' Alaihi wa Sallam said:
"Truly God is good, do not accept but the good. And Allah has commanded the believers what had commanded the apostles. God has said: 'O the Messenger! Ye eat good food and beramallah you with a pious deeds 'and Allah says:' O you who believe, eat ye among the good fortune that we have given you. " Then he tells of a man who traveled far, tousled full of dust, he cupped his hands to the sky, he prays: O Lord ... Ya Rabbi .. whereas unclean food, his drink unlawful, his clothing unlawful, and nourished with unlawful things, so how would do'anya dikabul "(Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
In this hadith that the man told the Prophet - sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam - has brought four cases should do'anya granted. That is:
First: Safar to travel that far.
From Anas bin Malik - Radliallahu 'anhu - he said that the Prophet - sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam - said:
Meaning:
"Three prayers are not rejected: Do'anya parents towards their children, do'anya people who are fasting, and do'anya a traveler (who is on the way)" (Narrated by al-Bayhaqi and dishahihkan by Shaykh al- Albani in genealogy shahihah no. 1797)
Second: Clothing and circumstances that reflect simplicity.
From Abu Hurairah Radliallahu 'anhu that Rsulullah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
Meaning:
"Many people are tousled and dusty, even the opposite of all the doors, but if she really meant it meinta to Allah, Allah will accept it" (Narrated by Muslim)
Third: raise your hands to the sky.
Of the Salman Al-Farisi Radliallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
Meaning:
"Surely you Rabb, the Most Venerable Maha Life, He is ashamed of his servants who raised his hands (ask him) returned empty is not got nothing" (Narrated by Abu Dawood)
Fourth: Whining (requested) by repeating the name of God (O my Lord)
But all of that does not affect terkabulnya prayer, because the food he ate, what he drank drinks are all the results of the unclean and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "How do'anya will come true?".
Ibn Rajab said: "haram food, drink unclean, unclean clothes, and be nourished by the unlawful goods are the causes are not granted the prayer" (Jaami'aluumi wal Ahkam: 92)
Know someone that would be raised by the Almighty from the grave in a state as he died.
From Jabir Radliallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
Meaning:
"Every slave will be resurrected from the grave when he died". (Narrated by Muslim)
So how the smoker when he died in a state of being smoked and he was raised in an adulterous to Allaah??
Advice For The Cigarette Sellers
Once it is clear that smoking is haram with the arguments that have been described above, it is actually unlawful to sell well, because if God forbid something, the price is also haram (sales), since sales are helping each other in sin. Allah Ta; ala says:
وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان
"And please-menolonglah you in (doing) virtue and piety, and do mutual assistance in sin and transgression" (Surat al-Mâ'idah: 2)
Be aware that the property was lawful even slightly better than a lot of treasure but obtained by unlawful means (such as selling cigarettes). Allah Ta'ala says:
قل لا يستوي الخبيث والطيب ولو أعجبك كثرة الخبيث
"Say not that bad with the good, bad though it attracts many hearts". (Surat Al-Maida: 100)
Fatwa of Shaykh Bin Bazz rahimahullah About Law Smoking and the Law of Sales
Question:
Law smoking is haram or makruh? And how his sales law?
Answer:
Illicit cigarettes, because smoking something bad containing hazards aplenty, and that Allah Almighty for His servants memubahkan something good out of food and drinks and whatnot, and forbid them the bad- poor, Allah Ta'ala says:
يسألونك ماذا أحل لهم قل أحل لكم الطيبات
"They ask thee what is lawful to them? Say: Lawful to you is fine ". (Surat Al-Maida: 4)
And Allah Ta'ala says about the nature of His Prophet Muhammad - sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam - in surah Al-A'raf:
يأمرهم بالمعروف وينهاهم عن المنكر ويحل لهم الطيبات ويحرم عليهم الخبائث
"Who ordered them doing what they are doing good and forbid the doing and justify unjust for them all that is good and forbids them evil things". (Surat al-A'raf: 157)
And cigarettes also are not of that ilk are all good, even the bad ones are, and all that Fifth Major Precept from the bad ones.
And cigarettes should not be sold as well suck it up and trade, as there are huge dangers and penalties are severe.
Mandatory for smokers or merchant to immediately repent and turn to Allah Almighty and repent the past, and intend to seriously will not repeat it, and those who respond with honesty repent then God will accept the repentance, as Allah Ta'ala says which means:
وتوبوا إلى الله جميعا أيه المؤمنون لعلكم تفلحون
"And ye repent to Allah O you who believe that you are lucky". (Surah An-Nur: 31)
And the word of Almighty Allah which means:
وإني لغفار لمن تاب وآمن وعمل صالحا ثم اهتدى
"And verily, I am Forgiving for those who repent, believe, charity pious then stay on the right path". (Surah Taha: 82)
And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"Repentance can undermine (sin) previously"
And said the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
"Those who repent of sin as having no sin."
We ask Allah Ta'ala to improve the situations of the Muslims and keep them from every which menyelisihi His shari'ah. Verily Allah is All-Hearing and All-grant (prayer of His servant).
