لا يحل دم امرئ مسلم يشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله إلا بإحدى ثلاث: رجل زنى بعد إحصان فإنه يرجم ورجل خرج محاربا لله ورسوله فإنه يقتل أو يصلب أو ينفى من الأرض أو يقتل نفسا فيقتل بها
Not permissible blood of a Muslim who testifies bahawasanya there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah bahawasanya but one of three cases:
1. A man who committed adultery after she guarded her chastity with perkahwinan, then indeed he direjam,
2. A man came out (of Islam and the congregation, then) wage war against Allah and His Messenger, then surely he was murdered or crucified or thrown the country and
3. A person who kills a soul, then he killed the law of reciprocity.
They were arrested and killed immediately without being asked to repent entire period and by the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:
إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم (33) إلا الذين تابوا من قبل أن تقدروا عليهم فاعلموا أن الله غفور رحيم (34.
"Bahawasanya reply those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and do kerosakan disaster on Earth is to reply or boarded up or cut their hands and feet crossed or land disposed. Penalties so it is a debasement of the world for them, and in Hereafter they obtain huge seksa doom.
