Ramadan is the month that highly coveted and long-awaited believers for the glory and majesty contained therein. One is the Lailatul Qadr. As Allah has indicated in the Qur'an: "Verily, We have it down (the Qur'an) saatLailatul Qadr (Night of Power). ApakahLailatul Qadaritu And do you know? Lailatul Qadr is better than a thousand months. On that night the angels descend and the angel Gabriel with the permission of their Lord to organize everything. That night (filled) welfare until dawn. "(Surah Al-Qadr: 1-5)
Allah tells us that He dropped the Koran on the night of Lailatul Qadr, the night full of blessings. Allah Almighty says: "Verily, We have it down (the Qur'an) on a blessed night." (Surah Ad-Dukhan: 3). And that night was in the month of Ramadan, as Allah Ta'ala says: "The month of Ramadan, the month in which the Qur'an revealed." (Surah Al-Baqarah: 185). Then, if Lailatul Qadr is? How much glory and primacy? If the night it happened, what should we do when we feel or are on this evening? These questions are very interesting for us to express in order to obtain the Lailatul Qadr. Although these questions are not new, but it has its own weight and is very relevant.
MenurutQuraish Shihab, the word 'Qadr' (قدر) use in accordance with Koranic verses can have three meanings, namely: 1. Statutory and regulatory. So that night Lailatul Qadr is understood as God's determination to journey of human life.
